Changing email address

My ISP changed name several years ago but still accepts
mail under the old address, which is all spam. They say
I can configure Outlook Express to not accept mail to the
old address. How?

Give you one hint...

Launch Outlook Express and click on "Tools > Message Rules > Mail".

After that - you could just use Google to search for that or perhaps use the
inline Outlook Express help.
