Changing down load formats

I am trying to down load using Kazza Lite and for some reason my computer only wants to down load every thing in Nero Media format and not windows format. I did just delete Nero Media off my computer. How can I change it back to windows format

Kazaa is downloading the files in whatever format they were created. It
sounds like whatever types of files you were downloading were associated to
open with Nero.

What types of files are you trying to open, i.e. .iso, .avi, .bmp, .jpg,
etc?
