Changing default rich text font style

When I click on reply to an email message and change its format to HTML from
text, it defaults to Times New Roman, despite having set the rich text font
style in the options to another font. Is there any way I can force Outlook
2003 SP2 to follow the instructions, or am I doomed to change the font each
time?

TIA

Cancel that - just worked out that the font does indeed change to that which
I've set, but the sig drops into TNR - I can live with that.
