Changing Default Format for Sending E-Mail

Somehow Outlook changed the default format to Plain Text when sending e-mails
to any of my contacts. Is there a way to change this back to "Let Outlook
Decide..." globally? (So they can all be sent as HTML.) Or do I have to
change them all back one by one?
