Changing date taken data in Explorer?

The Old Fart

I note that when you use Explorer in XP & request that the extra columns
to be displayed that it's possible to display the EXIF data which comes
from your camera once pictures have been transfered. Is it possible to
change this date picture way taken in Explorer either on a one by one or
batch basis?
