Changing data displayed in properties in explorer.

The Old Timer

When you open Explorer & click properties you are often given the option to
display many more fields in this are than what is shown by default. I'm
interested in seeing the details which are usually associated with videos &
pictures, AVI & JPEG.

I can get the appropriate columns to display correctly but would like to
know if it's possible to alter any of the data in these fields? We have a
lot of files where the cameras clock was set incorrectly so that the correct
time & date taken is incorrect. I know that I can update the EXIF data in
my photo editing program but it can only change one item at a time.
