Changing background colour in Mozilla

M

Margaret Thatcher

I would like to change from a browser based on the IE rendering system
to a browser based on the Gecko (Mozilla) system. However the bright
white background on the Mozilla systems gives me eyestrain very
quickly. Please don't suggest I turn down the brightness on my monitor.

On the ie systems it is possible to choose a more mellow background
colour. Can anyone suggest a way to do this using a Gecko based
system?
