Changing all file views in folder

T

Todd

I would like to set all of my folders up so when I open
them it will display the files details. Currently the
default setting is Large Icons. How can I change this
setting for all of my folders? Thanks for the help!

Go to one of your folders in Windows Explorer, does not
matter which one, and set it up the way you want to view
it. Next click Tools, then Folder Options. Click the
View tab and click Like Current Folder button. This
should take care of it.

Open a folder. Set it the way you want. Go to Tools |
Folder Options. Click the View tab. Hit the button marked
Like Current Folder.
