Changing a drive letter...

Help - after downloading service packs etc my pc took an
unusually long time booting last time and has changed
my 'C' drive letter to 'F'. When I tried to change it
back via Administrative Tools - Windows told me I
couldn't change the syetm drive letter.... am I stuck
with this drive letter forever? I know it seems a little
silly - but I'd rather be 'C'...
any suggestions?
