Changes to gloabl template

I use Word 2003 as my email composer. Just recently (maybe since the last
update to the spam filters) whenever I write an email I am always asked if I
want to save changes to normal.dot when I close Outlook.

Makes no difference whether I say 'yes' or 'no' it always asks again next
time.

Anyone else suffering, or am I on my own?

Try finding and deleting Normal.dot. The next time you open Word/Outlook it
will recreate it. This often fixes the problem.
