Changed XP machine from Domain to Workstation, can't change it back.

A laptop that usually logs onto our domain at work has
been changed from a Domain login to a Workgroup. Now I
can't even logon to that machine to change it back. Is
there some way I can change it back to a Domain login?

Hi, Alex -

Log on with the local administrator account and rejoin
the domain. You'll need the user id and password of a
domain user with enough horsepower to add machine
accounts to the domain, but that's the way to do it.

If you've got local admin access maybe you can use System
Restore to roll the machine back to a restore point
created prior to the workgroup switch.
