Change XP serial in DELL OEMS XP

Lo, bought 12 Dell optiplex with OEM XP and Office 2003 (we didnt purchase
any open licence).
I wanna make a ghost image of one of them and then ghost the other ones (not
using RIS but with a hard disk and a norton Ghost boot disk).

But then how is it possible to change the Office 2003 Pro & XP Key
according to their respective OEM serial number ?
