Change XP Icons

I downloaded a set of vista like icons I would really like to use in XP
home. I tried installing activicon program, but the icons I downloaded are
png files adn this program won't let me use png files. What program can I
use to change icons where I can use png files? Thank you.

Thank you, I found the aveicon file and it worked great, change them all
quickly and easily. Can you recommend something other than activicons to
change the icons or is this the best? I use to have something that was a
small 4x6 window that was bluish/purple but can't seem to find it again. It
changed more than icons I think, these too. thanks again
