Change User Name

Can anyone tell me how you can change the default username
from A to whatever I require??

If I click on start and log off...it has my name there,
however when I press ctrl+alt+del the user name there
comes up as a...how can I change that to my name??

Any suggestions??

Just to let you know...I have gone to control panel to
change the username, however the username THERE is
right!! How do I change it...thanks!
