change the "subject" of a note

I have a large number of notes set-up and when created they took on a
subject of the first line of the note.

I now need to change the "subject", however, I can not see how.

change the first line of the note - there is not subject field per say.

I have tried that, does not make any difference.


First line of the note = WIP Redwoods


Subject = Work in progress
