change tab key behavior

Is there any way to change the tab key behavior so my cursor jumps only 1
cell to the right? Presently it will jump 10 cells to the right every time I
press the tab key.

Tools>options>transition and uncheck transition navigation keys

goto 'Tools - Options - Transition' and ucheck this option
