Change stand alone server to PDC

Hi,

The PDC server is down suddenly. There is no any BDC in domain. How can
I change a stand alone server to PDC in the domain and configure the domain
network?

Remarks:
Windows: Most of servers are Windows 2000 servers. Some servers are Windows
NT 4.0
The crashed PDC server is Windows NT 4.0

You have to reinstall NT 4.0 as a PDC you can not change a standalone to a
BDC or PDC. If you do not have backup of the PDC you are really screwed.
Even if you install a new PDC, with out a backup or a BDC to replicate the
user database you will basically have to rebuild your entire network.
