Change Preview in Open dialog box

Is there any way to see more of a file when you Preview it
in the Open dialog box? When I try to locate the file I
want to open, I can only see a small view of it. Is there
anyway to re-size the Open dialog box or to see more of
the file without actually opening the file up?

If you see a small thumbnail, then this is because you have saved a preview
picture with the document. Not only is this not very helpful (as you have
discovered), it also inflates the file size by a ridiculous amount. Go to
File | Properties and clear the check box (on the Summary tab) for "Save
preview picture"; then resave the document. You should now get a usable
(full size, scrollable) preview.
