Change permissions

How do I change permissions? I think that I've found it before. Is it under
tools... server? If so, server is grayed out. I was told that my host
should do it, but they have not. Any tips.

Permissions are changed on the server using
Tools->Server->Permissions (FP2003)
Tools->Security->Permissions (Other versions)

If this is disabled, the host does not allow you to change permissions, and
you will have to ask them to do it.

Your web control panel may also have a tool for changing permissions.
