Setting permissions from within FrontPage 2003

I have a site that includes an Access database. I would like to make sure
that the permissions on the database folder are set correctly...that is:
read/write/modify for the "Internet Guest Account/IUSR

For some reason I thought I could do this from within FrontPage after I
opened the remote site in FrontPage. When I open the site and go to the menu
Tools > Server, the Administration Home, Permissions, Change Password, and
Restore Web Site are grayed out...only Backup Web Site is available. Also,
FYI, I have selected the Browse-time web components on the menu Tools>Page
Options >Authoring tab.

My site is hosted by MS BCentral and they say that the server extentions
(2002) are on.

What am I missing?

Thank you very much for any insight.

If you are working on the online server w/ the FP SE those options are grayed out Only if the host is blocking them
- Contact bCentral

If you File Import your Access DB into the FP web and allow FP to put it in the fpdb folder, the FP SE sets the correct permissions
on that folder, and generates/edits the global.asa for the DB connection
- check the connection using Tools Site Settings Database
