Change Paper Size

How can i change paper size in Windows XP?
I need print in a format : 2160*1390 mm, but there isn't a option to change
or a Custom Format in properties Printer.

Yes there is!

In the Control Panel, click on Printers & Faxes.

From the toolbar, select File, then Server Properties.

Look in the Forms tab. You can create a custom page size here.
