change operations master

[concern]

I have a pdc that is currently my operations master and I
want to switch my operations master to another pdc. Can
someone tell me how to do this the proper way. IS there a
best practice?

One quick note, I imagine it's more of a typo than anything else ...
there are only two forest wide roles; Domain Naming and Schema. The
remaing 3 FSMO roles are per domain.

The PDC role *is* an operations master role. There are 2
such roles which are forest-wide and 3 per domain, which
are domain wide.

Move roles using the appropriate snap-in or seize using
ntdsutil.

I suggest you read the following before moving roles since
there are various caveats and rules to be aware of.
