Change "opens with"

Using WinXP w/SP1. Pictures, regardless of format, open with Adobe Photoshop
Elements. How do I change this to view them through Windows Picture Viewer
by default? Don't like having to wait for Photoshop to open in order to just
view a pic.

Got it...forgot to check the "always open with" option.
