change mouse cursor

I was recently viewing a website and it had an icon attached near my
mouse pointer in the location of the hourglass while I was browsing
the site. I would like to add this feature to my site. I guess I am
not using the correct search terms because I cannot find any help via
Google or the Office website.

IF you do add it to your site, there are many people just like me, that will
hit the "HOME" button that instant and be out of your site. If it's a serious
site, leave the gimmicks off.
