Change meeting orgainzer

I need to be able to change the meeting organizer for recurring meetings as I
will no longer be working in that department. How can I change the meeting
organizer, so that the new organizer can then make changes as needed?

Previous discussions seem to indicate that it can't be done exactly as
you would like. Apparently it can be done by delegation, I think on an
Exchange server.
