change location of outlook database/.pst file

can the location of the outlook database/outlook.pst file in docs+s/myacct/local settings/applications/ms/outlook be changed to a different location? i looked thru all the options etc didn't see anything there

Try using the mail applet in the control panel to create/change the location
of your data file(s).

i looked at all that, and that stuff is not happening on my xp pro outlook 2000, in the mail applet it shows my 3 email accounts, just like i was looking at them in outlook|tools|accounts, nothing there to change the location of the .pst file????
