change headiers b4 printing address book

In the Memo Style of Page Set-up of Contacts, I would
like to remove MY NAME from the top left header of every
page printed - Does anyone know how to do this?

ANY help would be gratefully received!!!

I don't think you can. For the header in the Memo Style printout,
Outlook uses the name you've associated with your default e-mail
account. If it can't find one, it uses "Unknown".
