Printing An Address Book

I would like to print the address book for my contacts in Outlook 2000. I can
print the whole book or a particular catagory but I would like to be able to
print just one letter at a time in a catagory. Like all the A's with out
doing the whole book. Are there some settings that I am missing to be able to
do this?

Since Outlook has no address book, it's hard to know what you mean. Read
