change hardware in server domain controller primay

I trying to change the hardware i have one domain
controller, this controller is primary, now i have a new
server (hardware) i want to change old server for new
server but i want that new server get all the role and
primary server.

Active Directory uses multi-master replication. This means that you can add
the new server to your network, run dcpromo, and all of your account
information will automatically replicate to the new server.

If you want to transfer some or all of the 5 FSMO roles to the new server,
follow these steps:

If you want the new hardware to retain the same name you will either need to
promote a temp server for the domain and give it all the FSMO roles and GC
then demote the old server. Now you can promote the new hardware to a DC
and transfer all roles to it and then demote the temp server. You might try
taking a system state backup of the old server and then build the new server
offline with the same name and then restore the system state to the new
server. if this all works then power off the old server and bring online
the new server. Be sure to format the old server after everything is
working fine so that it can not be brought online as DC in the future.
