Change fonts & Icons in taskbar

Could someone tell me how to change the size of the fonts and the size of
the icons in the taskbar?

If u r talking abt the toolbars like "Quick Launch" in the task bar, then u
can right click somewhere on an empty space in that toolbar and click "Large
Icons" or "Small Icons" in the View menu.
 
I have no options like you describe when I right click in the taskbar. Icon
choices do not appear in Windows XP
