How to fix the font that shows when you 'hover' task bar icons

Somehow the font that describes the taskbar icons (like 'home', back,
forward, etc) has been changed to a very fancy/illegible font. How do I
change it back?

Right click on the Desktop > Properties > Appearance tab > Advanced button >
Under "Item:" click on the drop down arrow, choose Tooltip. You can now edit
the items under "Font:". I have Tahoma as my font, Size: 8 and Color: black.
