Change Explorer Path (Different!) :-))

I was wondering if there is anyway to change the explorer path when I open
it using the keyboard combination WIN + E

If any body can help....
 
Yes. Look at MS KB article 307856. It will do exactly
what you want.
 
Thanks for the try..It does change the folder it opens with when i open
explorer through the accessories link, but when I use Windows key + E it
still goes to My Computer...Any other suggestions?
