change exe files content

is there any tool that let me open exe files and update
it's content

No, .EXE files are 'maintained' by the appropriate program. Trying to alter one of these files will probably corrupt the associated program.

There is a free program you can get called "Resource
hacker" that lets you edit Text and change icons in
an .exe file search for it on google download it and
install it but dont use it cause its illegal "LOL" to
change the contents of a copyrited program.

If you open an .exe and then save you will corrupt it.
