help c:\windows\msdrive32.exe

Malicious removal tools reported c:\windows\msdrive32.exe was a Trojan, and I
deleted it, it existed again. and appeared quite many 456.exe, 587.exe and
many many in D:\temp folder at the same time. i deleted these .exe files and
appear again, not only in temp folders and also in C:\Documents and
Settings\XXXXXX folder. what can i do ? thank you.

Run MBAM in "Normal Mode". Then, run SAS in "Safe Mode".

Burn BitDefender, or another program listed at the link below, to a CD
(using a working machine) and test the infected machine with it.
BitDefender also has a Rootkit checker on the Linux Desktop; run it if
you think that's the problem:

Download the executable rather than the .iso image.. it prompts you to
insert a CD and burns the file, no problem.
