Change email for form

A user fills in a form. Depending upon her selection, I want the form to be
emailed to one of eleven email addresses. Is this possible?

Not with FP. You may wish to look at SEND IT! (http://www.websunlimited.com/sendit/sendit.htm) or have program it using ASP / PHP.
