Change design of slides afterwards

Hi,

I need to work with about 100 different PPS's of 1 page each.
Now they are still in one PPT. I don't know the final layout and design yet.
Only the content is available now.
But for tests we need to divide them in single slide PPS now.
Design, backgrounds, etc. comes later.

What would the best tactics be to design the complete PPS now very basic and
have the possibility to change the layout of the separate PPS's later as easy
as possible, or even automatic, by batch or whatever.

Thanks,

Frans

Frans,

Shyam's toolbox has an export individual slides feature
http://www.mvps.org/skp/toolbox/index.html

You can save the slides as individual slides using this add-in
http://www.mvps.org/skp/products/xport/

You can combine the slides later using this tip...
Insert Slides From Multiple Presentation Files Into A Single New Presentation File
http://www.mvps.org/skp/ppt00015.htm

I guess you can apply a template when you have finished....but it's not the way I'd like to go. As depending on how the
slides where designed...will affect what elements will be affected by the applying of the template. I guess if each
person working on the slides...makes use of the layouts and is careful on what color is chosen for each element (keeping
in mind the 'color schemes' http://www.echosvoice.com/colorschemes.htm ) then it is possible.

Cheers

I'd use Shyam's addin (see Taj's reply).

Keep all your slides in one presentation for editing/formatting changes, then
use the addin to pop them all out to individual presentations as needed for
testing. It shouldn't take more than a minute or two each time.

Thanks a lot guys!

It's perfect and saved me A LOT of time. The slides came out to be 120!
