Change Default View

When I create a new folder in my InBox (in Microsoft Outlook), the
default view includes: Arrange by "Date" and "Show In Groups."
Personally, the "Show In Groups" thing drives me nuts and I am always
forced to de-select it. How can I change the default setting so that
new folders do not default to "Show In Groups."
