Email view

Can I set the email view to not show in Groups as the default without having
to set the requirement in each folder?

Change the default Messages view; View-> Arrange By-> Current View-> Define
View-> Messages-> Edit...

I had the same question, and found your posting. However, I tried this, and
it only changed the grouping for the folder I was currently in, not all
folders.

Using Outlook 2007 in Vista, how would you suggest I can make this a global
change? I've got about 50 folders with email in them that I'd rather not
change one at a time. :)

Thanks,

Michael Rhodes

That may be because you didn't make sure all your folders were using the
Messages view first. Start Outlook with the /cleanviews command switch, then
change the default Messages view.
