Changing defaults in Outlook 2003 appearance

How do I change the "Show in Groups" under View>Arrange by to be default
unchecked. Also, how do I change the View>Reading Pane to be defaulted to
off? Having to manually go through and change each folder individually. Is
there a global configuration setting for these 2 items?
