Change default folder in windows explorer

Hi all
This question is in regards to Vista RC-1.
When I open windows explorer the default is to /user/documents.
I want to change the default when I open windows explorer (i.e) C:

Can this be done?

did you happen to notice the name of this group? it clearly says ACCESS...
as in, MS ACCESS...
