My Windows Explorer always open in C:/Windows/system32 folder. I would like
to open by default in the folder C:/Users/My_name/Documents. Could someone
provide guideline to change the default.

Right click the shortcut for Windows Explorer and change the Target line to
the following.

"%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe" C:/Users/My_name/Documents

Apply/OK.

Let me help you.
Press start button, navigate the menu:

All prigrams -> Accessories
Right click on "explorer.exe" and chose the last option properties.

There you find a target value that already has the deafult value
%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe
Change that as described above.
