How can I change the Default Folder for Windows Explorer to my E:/ Drive?

Because of the work I do, I do not ever use the Default "My Documents"
Folder. It gets a little tiresome to always have to get out of the "My
Documents" Folder and find my E:/ Drive.

Especially when I am working with all of the different website designs and
programming.

Thanks

Under the "shortcut" tab in the properties of your link to explorer, change
"start in" to whatever location you want.

Change the target for the shortcut to this:

%SystemRoot%\explorer.exe /n, /e, L:\

Where "L:\" is whatever drive:\folder you want to be in when the
window opens.

Vista appears to ignore any changes made to the "Short Cut" properties for
Windows Explorer.
