change default email address

I want to change my default email address (I have two) from the main address
to the secondary one. How can I do this please?

Go to "tools" on the menu bar, select from drop down "email accounts"
select "view or change" then "next". From here you will see all the accounts
you have. Select the account you would like as default and then click on
"set as default"
