Change default calendar

Is it possible to change the default calendar folder in Outlook 2003? Say I
have created a new mailbox in Exchange and the user have a calendar saved in
a pst, can this be imported and set to be the default calendar for this
mailbox? Or is it a way to import all calendar settings into the existing
exchange calendar folder?

The default Calendar folder is always the one in your default information
store. The user can, of course, import data from any .pst file.
