Change Control panel icon appearance

My control panel icon plus some icons in my control panel are blank. It
does not have an icon or something so it has the white folder. Just want to
know how to change the control panel icons.

Yup, No Viruses i guess i was just messing it up when i was changing icons
for my computer to icons i downloaded and stuff, but i dont know how to
change it back!
i dont think you are supposed to be able to, but i am sure there is some way
to do it.
