How to rename Icon in Control Panel.

I have Windows XP Pro SP2
In Control Panel, I have unknow Charactor Icon Name.
Icon name is "CinePlayer DVD ????? ????????"
I want to rename the Icon name, but I do not have any option to rename.
Does anyone know how to rename Icon name in Control Panel?

Provided that you're talking about the applet "CMDVDPak.cpl", that name
is embedded in that file ("CinePlayer DVD Decoder Pack"). Although it's
possible to modify that stringtable using a resource editor, it seems to
me that you've installed that Sonic Decoder Pack in a foreign language.
