Change content of "To" column fields?

I have several email addresses that feed to Outlook and I view the "To"
column in my Inbox to show which email address it is. Some emails show my
name only, such as "John Smith" instead of "(e-mail address removed)". Is there a
way I can force Outlook to show only the email address that the mail was sent
to, rather than showing the name as recorded by the sender (which I assume it
is)?

That format is controlled by the sender, not the recipient.
