CF2 on CE5 deployment issue

Hi All

I've just unpacked a brand new ce 5.0 device (nothing previously installed).

When I tried to deploy the same project that runs with no problem on a
2003 device, I get an "Unable to Load the CLR.." error.

The manual installation of the cab just reports that installation was
unsuccessful and nothing more.

My project is very simple, a few forms and 2 class libs.
Everything is build under vs 2005.

Did some more test..
The same error on an acer n30 device (2003, also brand new).

On the loox720, everything is running smoothly.
