Someone please help.

I have a certificate imported into my computer and it shows up in my
certificates file but when I try to access the site, it is not listed in the
authentification box. I contacted Dell and they could not help me. I need to
be able to access this certificate. Can someone help? Thanks.

And yes, my clock and date are correct.
 
May be help from France ?!
It is possible that your
certif.must be installed in "autorités principales de confiance" (in
french,excuses me)and no in "personal"
