I'm hoping someone out there can help me...I uninstalled all of the Microsoft Office programs from my computer recently and reinstalled only Microsoft Word (Windows XP Home Edition). I have a Dell computer. The software came already installed. Now, it's asking me for the certificate of authencity product key dodes. I don't know where they are. It says the yellow sticker on the back of the cd package, well, it came in a white envelope, no numbers!!! How do I get these numbers? Where are they located? Thanks. My email is (e-mail address removed).

You'll have to contact Dell and request replacement of your
Office Product Key.

The numbers should be on the packaging somewhere.
Look for an orange sticker.
Otherwise you need to contact Dell.
